*We hope that all of you are staying safe during these challenging times. Please note the steps that our facility is taking to keep you, the public, and our team members safe, while still providing your pets the care that they need.*

*Our already strict cleaning protocols and hygiene practices have increased in both frequency and scope to ensure best practices. We have reduced staffing levels to ensure a safe distance and all our team members are following the practices set out by the WHO. *

*In order to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and protect the public and staff, we have implemented the following policies:*

*1. Upon arrival at the hospital, all clients are to remain in their vehicle or outside the hospital and call us (Our phone number will be on the door as well as on our website). Clients will not be permitted inside while we see your pet. In some critical cases that warrant or require an owner to be present, we will plan accordingly.*

*2. If the client needs to pick up medication or food from the clinic, they are to remain in their car outside the hospital and call the front desk. We will ask that our clients prepay over the phone and we will deliver the items to your car*

*3. If you believe you may pose a risk of having contracted COVID-19 and spreading it, we request that you do not transport your pet to our clinic and instead have a family member, friend or community support worker help*

*4. We are currently not accepting cash at our facility*

*5. Please avoid bringing your pet in for any non-essential or non-urgent appointments*

*6. Finally, NO WALK INS - Please call to schedule an appointment with us*

*We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time, and will continue to adapt to the situation day by day. We will continue to update our clients with any changes in protocol and hours as they are implemented.*

*Our goal is to continue to be available for our clients during this stressful time. In order to do this, we ask our clients to abide by these protocols so that we can continue to care for your four-legged family members.*
